Our olive oil is the result of hard work, dedication, and careful research: it is an organic product that we tend to with commitment and care. It comes from the olives of our estate, hand-picked usually at the beginning of October, when they are at their optimal ripeness. The olives are quickly taken to the mill and cold-pressed (the temperature never exceeds 30\u202f\u00b0C) within a few hours of harvesting, to preserve the qualities of this precious fruit and ensure a low-acidity oil.<\/p>

The result is an exceptional oil, deep green with golden highlights, featuring an intense and well-balanced aroma with an excellent aftertaste. Bottling is followed by storage in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Like all Podere Vecciano products, it can be tasted at the estate\u2014try it on crostini!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
