1. Terms and Conditions of Purchase

All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT. The price of the products may be changed without notice, with the understanding that the price charged to the user will be the one published on the product page at the time of adding it to the cart. The products will remain the property of SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO until the full payment of the purchase price and fees by the user.

2. Availability

The products offered on the website may be limited in number and may be sold at discounted prices. It is therefore possible that the ordered product may no longer be available after the purchase order is registered. In any case of unavailability of the ordered product, the user will be promptly informed via email or phone, and the purchase order will be canceled or modified according to the user's instructions. If payment has already been made, SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO will promptly refund the amount paid by the user, including the contributions to order processing and shipping costs, immediately and in any case within thirty days from the day following the order submission. The refund amount will be communicated via email and credited to the customer. SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO disclaims any responsibility for any delays in the crediting process, which may depend on the banking institution or the type of credit card used for payment.

3. Service Suspension

SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of services, without prior notice, for the time strictly necessary for the required and/or appropriate technical interventions to improve the quality of the services. SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the service if there are valid reasons related to security or confidentiality violations.

4. Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be effective from the moment they are published on this page of the website. In any case, the user will be entitled to the application of the General Terms and Conditions and other contractual and economic terms in effect at the time the purchase order is submitted.

5. Obligations and Responsibilities of SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO

SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO commits to correcting any errors in the product descriptions offered on the website as quickly as possible, starting from the moment they are reported. In any case, the responsibility of SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO shall not exceed the total value of the purchase order. Under no circumstances shall SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO be held liable for failure to fulfill any of its obligations arising from contracts subject to the General Terms and Conditions if the failure is caused by unforeseeable events and/or force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, terrorist acts, network malfunctions, strikes, and/or blackouts.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, the Customer (if classified as a "final consumer" under Article 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the products.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, as per the above article, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the products, addressed to:

The above communication may also be initially sent via email to poderevecciano@gmail.com or by fax to the number 0541/658388, but it must still be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 48 (forty-eight) hours following the sending of the email or fax.

All products that the Customer intends to return must be in perfect condition, accompanied by the original packaging and the attached shipping documentation, and must be sent back to the following address:

Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.

Once the products have been received and their total integrity verified, SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA PODERE VECCIANO DI BIGUCCI DAVIDE E C. S.S. will, as soon as possible, credit the Customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated on the invoice or delivery note), retaining, however, the shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

PAYMENTS

You can make your purchases by choosing from the following payment methods at checkout:

CASH ON DELIVERY

It is also possible to make the payment directly to the courier (only in Italy). This can be done either in cash or by bank check. The cash on delivery payment method has an additional cost of 2%, calculated on the total value of the purchased goods. The total amount for cash on delivery will be highlighted on the page where payment is completed. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of handling the collection.

BANK TRANSFER

We accept payments via advance payment (only in Italy) through bank transfer (bank details will be provided in the order confirmation). The goods will be reserved for 5 days from the order confirmation, awaiting proof of the completed bank transfer (via fax to 0541/658388 or by email to poderevecciano@gmail.com). After this deadline, the order may be considered canceled.
